“I chose to do my MBA from JGBS as I believed it would help me build leadership skills in preparation for the corporate world. One of the most valuable takeaways was the interactions with company leaders during conclaves. I learnt to be more confident and my internship with Housepital, Sarvodaya Hospital and Research Centre was smooth sailing. I can honestly say that the practical exposure JGBS gave me helped me land a placement with HDFC Bank.”
“I recently got selected at ICICI Bank and was overjoyed to see the final selection list. My Summer Internship at Kotak Mahindra Bank helped me realize my dream to work in the banking industry. During that time, my responsibility was market segmentation of customers into different categories. The key takeaway from my internship was dealing with customer interactions at the front desk, which built my confidence to solve customer queries.”
“The 2-month internship at IndiQube, Bangalore, exposed me to many aspects of branding and digital marketing and helped me learn plenty about India’s commercial real estate. I was a marketing intern there at IndiQube and in the initial weeks, I learnt about the company and the real estate market. I also got an opportunity to conduct competition mapping and influencer marketing, which led me to learn about aspects of event planning, client relationship and management. I even learnt about content marketing to gain the attention of clients through digital marketing platforms like the MiQube app of IndiQube.”
“I interned with the Human Resource Department of Max Healthcare Institute Ltd. My responsibility was to handle the interview process and different HR activities like employee file management, maintaining trackers, and reviewing CVs. Before the internship started, I was not sure whether I would be able to meet the expectations of the company. But with passing days, things changed. The team always treated me as a part of the organization and for my part, I pushed myself in areas where I lacked. The internship really helped boost my confidence and apply theory to real life.”
“I’m working at NoPaperForms as a Management Trainee. My role is to handle mobile app development and management. l also work as an account manager for GMAC. Joining an MBA program after running my startup for 2 years was a tough decision to make but it’s turned out to be one of the best ones. The clubs and initiatives I was a part of at JGBS such as ‘The Office of Career Services’ transformed me from a failed entrepreneur into a good business strategist. JGU is a place where anything and everything around you teaches you something.”
“I got a stipend of Rs. 13,500 each month during my Summer Internship at Delhivery Pvt. Ltd. I worked as a Constellation Intern and my job involved streamlining lead generation through a digital model. It also involved calculation of ROI for running DDPs to analyse the risk for potential fraud. It was challenging yet rewarding to be tasked with such responsibilities! I remember having to get things done under a deadline and I had to think on my feet. But with the team working hard, we were able to do it. This internship helped me learn to be more professional, communicate with clients and network. I’m grateful for it!”

They were very interested in my work and guided me constantly. I learnt so much during my time there and had an amazing experience - one that I will cherish forever! The exposure I got has really helped me in my career.”
“I did my Master of Science in Management ‘19 from Lee Kong Chian School of Business, Singapore Management University (SMU). The course structure, classroom engagement, compulsory presentations, and career workshops helped me improve my communication skills. I also had the experience of working with people from varied cultural backgrounds and I have also started to appreciate different perspectives.”
“I got the opportunity to study at the University of New Brunswick, Fredericton, Canada. It was a life-changing experience! I learnt more than any textbook or lecture could ever provide. I now have a much deeper global understanding and my independence has grown significantly! This experience will allow me to better understand the many different value systems that exist in international business decision-making.”
“My experience at Bond University in Australia has been memorable, to say the least! The mix of subjects and the technical sessions, coupled with the student diversity, have helped me learn in more ways than I can count. Studying here is more than just sitting in class and finishing assignments on time; every course is interactive and requires students to provide examples from their life experiences.”
“I decided to do my MBA from the University of New Brunswick, Fredericton, Canada after completing my BBA-MBA program in August 2019 from JGBS. I chose the University when JGBS gave me the opportunity to pursue an additional degree from a list of renowned colleges around the world. I strongly believe it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. ”
